Job summary

Spring Professional Belgium is seeking a Senior UX Copywriter fluent in Dutch and English to shape the future of our digital customer experiences. You will own content initiatives from discovery to delivery across websites, apps, portals and AI-powered experiences.

You’ll collaborate with Service Designers, UX/UI Designers, Researchers, Product Owners and developers to ensure clear, accessible, and trustworthy interactions. French is a plus and duration is 9–12 months with potential extension.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in UX Writing, Content Design, Content Strategy or a related field.
Excellent Dutch and English writing, editing and proofreading skills.
Experience in multidisciplinary design teams and complex digital products or services.
Understanding of user-centered design, information architecture, accessibility and inclusive communication.
Familiar with content design systems and content governance.
Proficient with Figma, Jira, Confluence and Excel.

Responsibilities

Create content that works in Dutch and English for digital journeys, self-service flows and AI-powered experiences.
Turn complex information into simple, actionable language.
Craft content for error messages, empty states and complex customer scenarios.
Improve existing content using feedback, analytics and usability testing.
Develop and maintain content guidelines, terminology, tone of voice and reusable content patterns.
Ensure content meets accessibility and inclusive communication principles.
Act as the quality gate for customer-facing content.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with business and user needs.
