The candidate should have a Master’s degree in Communications or equivalent, strong web copywriting experience, and knowledge of CMS, SEO, accessibility, and technical writing.

• Proven experience in web copywriting and digital content creation.
• Strong knowledge of CMS, SEO, web accessibility, and technical writing.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and generative AI tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently while working collaboratively in a team.
• Experience in the public sector or social security is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Write, translate, edit, and optimize digital content, including web pages, news articles, FAQs, manuals, surveys, and notifications.
• Ensure content meets web accessibility standards and follows web writing best practices.
• Design clear information architecture to improve navigation and user experience.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and provide guidance on content strategy.
• Work closely with UX specialists, webmasters, analysts, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Create editorial guidelines, writing standards, CMS documentation, and reference materials.
• Deliver training and workshops on web writing, accessibility, and CMS best practices.
• Use generative AI tools responsibly to enhance content creation while maintaining quality and accuracy.
