World Courier in Brussels, Belgium is seeking a Warehouse Operator - Level 1 to join a health‑care logistics team. The role combines hands‑on warehousing with team supervision, ensuring accurate receiving, put‑away, and order fulfillment in a fast‑paced environment.

You will lead a small team, maintain stock accuracy, coordinate with inbound freight, and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety standards while delivering reliable service to customers in the pharmaceutical supply chain.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years warehouse experience.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
• Experience in Receiving/put away, inventory/replenishment, Pick/ Pack process from waving order to completion.
• Booking of transport for cold chain orders for re-fridge transport.
• Understanding of the sensitivity of handling pharmaceutical products and SOPs.
• Current forklift license - counter balance and electric reach trucks.
• Experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Responsabilités

• Receiving Ambient and cold chain product and checking for obvious damages.
• Maintain all stock location numbering, sections;
• Proficient experience in an inventory management system;
• Stock picking and order completion;
• To train, retain and motivate staff within a team based management culture.
• Proactively motivate your teams to ensure targets and deadlines are clearly understood and are being achieved.
• To communicate and liaise with, and escalate issues to fellow managers, management and internal and external service providers where necessary.
• To contribute towards the improvement of processes, methods of operating and practices.
• To complete weekly/monthly statistic reports, ensuring all MHE servicing and maintenance is up to date.
• Work Health & Safety oversight of warehouse;
• Maintain clean and organized warehouse.
