AmerisourceBergen recherche un opérateur d’entrepôt niveau 1 pour Bruxelles afin d’assurer la réception, la mise en stock et le picking des commandes, tout en veillant à la sécurité et à la précision des opérations.

Le candidat idéal possède une expérience en entrepôt, une licence chariot élévateur et une bonne connaissance du WMS, avec une attitude orientée service et résultats.

Qualifications

• Expérience en entrepôt et gestion des stocks.
• Compétences en supervision d’équipe exigées.
• Connaissance des procédures SOP et sécurité.
• Expérience avec les systèmes de gestion d’entrepôt (WMS).
• Licence de chariots élévateurs (contre-poids et reach).
• Maîtrise d’Office (Word/Excel/Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Recevoir et organiser les stocks entrants.
• Gérer les emplacements et les inventaires.
• Effectuer le picking/packing et l’expédition des commandes.
• S’assurer de la sécurité et du bon état du site.
• Former et motiver l’équipe d’entrepôt.
• Contribuer à l’amélioration des processus et des SOP.

Liaise with Inbound Freight companies to book the receipt of inbound stock in an organized manner.2. Receiving Ambient and cold chain product and checking for obvious damages.3. Maintain all stock location numbering, sections;4. Proficient experience in an inventory management system;5. Proficient experience in an inventory management system* Inbound Receiving and put away* Stock replenishment* Waving of orders, Pick/Pack, Invoice and consignment6. To lift, maneuver and load various types of products {of various weights) as required and in accordance with manual handling procedures7. To ensure that pathways used for maneuvers are kept clear of any obstructions to ensure the safe and smooth transition of the product8. Stock picking and order completion;9. Comply with World Courier Standard Operating Procedures (SOP};10. To train, retain and motivate staff within a team based management culture.11. Proactively motivate your teams to ensure targets and deadlines are clearly understood and are being achieved and act as an immediate point of reference for problems.12. To communicate and liaise with, and escalate issues to fellow managers, management and internal and external service providers where necessary.13. To contribute towards the improvement of processes, methods of operating and practices.14. Complete weekly/monthly statistic reports, ensuring all MHE servicing and maintenance is up to date.15. Work Health & Safety oversight of warehouse;16. Maintain clean and organized warehouse.**EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:**1. Minimum 5 years warehouse experience2. Minimum 2 years supervisory experience3. Experience in Receiving/put away, inventory/ replenishment, Pick/ Pack process from waving order to completion, booking of transport for cold chain orders for re- fridge transport.4. Understanding of the sensitivity of handling pharmaceutical products and working with and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's}.5. Current forklift license - counter balance and electric reach trucks;6. Experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS}**MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:**1. Excellent interpersonal relationships.2. Be able to take initiatives and responsibilities.3. Significant customer service and/or operations experience.4. An understanding of Imports and Exports processes and statutory requirements.5. Sound experience using the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook.6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.7. Sound level of numeracy and demonstrated attention to detail8. Strong time management and organizational skills.9. Sound written and verbal communication skills. 10. Problems solving skills.11. Demonstrated ability to work flexibly within tight time schedules and in accordance with variable workload demands.12.
