World Courier in Belgium is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee inbound receiving, putaway and stock replenishment. You will manage teams, coordinate with freight providers, and ensure compliance with SOPs for pharmaceutical products.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in a warehouse setting with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity, plus an active forklift license and WMS experience. It offers a structured environment with strict safety and process standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years warehouse experience.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
• Experience in receiving/putaway, inventory/replenishment, pick/pack, and booking transport for cold chain orders.
• Understanding of the sensitivity of handling pharmaceutical products and reviewing SOPs.

Responsabilités

• Liaise with inbound freight companies to book receipt of inbound stock.
• Receive ambient and cold chain products and check for damages.
• Maintain stock location numbering and sections.
• Train, retain and motivate staff within a team-based culture.
• Ensure safe product transition and keep pathways clear.
