The role requires 3+ years in warehousing with at least 1 year in a leadership capacity, plus valid forklift/reach truck/pallet jack certificates and fluency in English. Proficiency with WMS and MS Office is essential.

Job Responsibilities:\*\* \* Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inbound and outbound logistics, inventory management, and order fulfillment. \* Allocate tasks to team members, monitor performance, and provide guidance and training to ensure productivity and adherence to procedures. \* Implement and enforce health and safety regulations, company policies, and quality control standards. \* Identify and resolve operational issues, discrepancies, and bottlenecks to maintain smooth workflow. \* Conduct regular inventory checks, reconcile stock, and investigate variances. \* Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks safely and efficiently (certification required). \* Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing goods, stock levels, and team performance. \* Communicate effectively with other departments, suppliers, and customers as needed. \* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization within the warehouse. \* Participate in performance reviews and disciplinary actions for team members as required.
