Job summary

EMW, Inc. is seeking a Voice Specialist to support Brussels-based Unified Communications systems, primarily Skype for Business. The role requires active NATO SECRET clearance and hands-on experience with voice infrastructure.

The incumbent will diagnose incidents, configure VOIP, deploy patches, and produce SOPs. Availability for after-hours work and coordination with internal teams is expected.

Qualifications

• Active NATO SECRET clearance is required.
• At least 2–4 years post-related experience in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in a similar voice/UC role.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second line network and voice support.
• Diagnose and resolve voice incidents and problems.
• Install/ configure VOIP systems and SBCs.
• Monitor voice systems and report issues.
• Create and maintain SOPs for UC systems.
