EMW, Inc. is seeking a Voice and VTC Engineer to deliver 3rd-level support for complex Voice and Video Teleconferencing IP services, on-site at NATO HQ Brussels. The role includes leading engineering resolutions, coordinating with NATO BGX, and contributing to technical design, documentation and testing of projects.

You will implement and maintain configurations, prepare change docs, and ensure security and compliance for COSMIC TOP SECRET information in a multinational, NATO environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in ICT or equivalent qualification.
• 6+ years in Network and Systems Engineering.
• 3+ years leading VoIP/VTC tailoring and integration.
• 3+ years WAN, router/switch networks and SIP trunking.
• Ability to prepare and maintain technical docs.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Provide 3rd-level support for Voice, Video and VTC IP services.
• Lead technical execution of Voice and VTC engineering issues.
• Coordinate with NATO HQ and BGX to resolve complex problems.
• Design, document, test and implement projects and transitions.
