NATO HQ Brussels is seeking a Voice and VTC Engineer to deliver 3rd level support for Voice, Video, and Teleconferencing IP systems. You will drive design, testing, and implementation of complex solutions and coordinate with BGX and NATO HQ experts to resolve issues.

The role requires a minimum 6 years in ICT engineering, strong WAN and SIP trunking experience, and advanced English proficiency. On-site work in Brussels with potential travel; COSMIC TOP SECRET clearance is mandatory.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in ICT.
• Minimum 6 years in Network and Systems Engineering.
• At least 3 years tailoring and integrating VoIP/VTC solutions.
• At least 3 years WAN, routing, SIP trunking experience.
• Ability to document and maintain technical materials.
• Advanced English level (C1/C2).

Responsabilités

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and changes.
