Job summary

Brevco Services in Belgium is seeking a Network Voice Engineer to provide first and second line support for the Service Centre, diagnose and resolve voice incidents, and install and configure voice systems.

The role requires 3+ years in UC operations, strong VoIP protocol knowledge, and experience with monitoring tools. International environments and NATO familiarity are considered assets.

Qualifications

• Mandatory experience in voice network support and UC systems.
• Strong knowledge of SIP, TLS, MGCP, H.323 and RTP codecs.
• Experience with deployment and configuration of Unified Communications systems.
• Experience with Voice Session Border Controllers.
• Familiarity with monitoring and reporting tools for ICT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provides first and second line network support to the Service Centre.
• Diagnoses and resolves voice incidents and problems.
• Installs, replaces, modifies and configures network voice systems.
• Monitors networks and reports potential voice issues.
• Performs monthly software patching of Skype for Business systems.
• Coordinates and conducts own work to meet quality targets.
