Job summary
EMW Brussels is seeking a Voice Specialist to support the NATO Service Centre. You will diagnose and resolve voice incidents, install and configure Unified Communications systems, and monitor SIP-based networks to ensure service quality.
The on-site, full-time role requires NATO SECRET clearance, 3+ years in UC/VoIP, and the ability to work outside normal hours. Start 26 November 2026; end 31 December 2026; total 342 hours.
Contract subject to NATO security requirements.
Qualifications
- Active NATO SECRET clearance is required.
- 3+ years in UC/VoIP or similar.
- Experience with Voice SBCs and Polycom provisioning is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Lync/Skype for Business in a network environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide first and second line network support to the Service Centre.
- Diagnose and resolve voice incidents and problems.
- Install, replace, modify and configure Unified Communications systems.
- Monitor network systems and report potential voice issues.
- Perform monthly software patching of Skype for Business systems.
- Work outside office hours or on weekends as required.
- Maintain documentation and SOPs for UC systems.
- Collaborate with internal units and other technical organizations.
