Quortex in Brussels is seeking a Technical Support Engineer - Video Headend Services to provide dedicated operational, out-of-hours, and on-call support for Video Headend Engineering services, ensuring service continuity across critical broadcast platforms.

You will troubleshoot incidents, coordinate with NOC and engineering teams, document actions, and contribute to service improvements while developing expertise across ATEME, Synamedia DCM, and related technologies.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of video headend operations and service delivery.
• Experience diagnosing and resolving broadcast and video transport issues.
• Fluent in documenting incidents, actions taken, and outcomes.
• Willingness to develop expertise in ATEME, Synamedia DCM and vDCM platforms.

Responsabilités

• Provide dedicated operational and on-call support for Video Headend services.
• Respond to 24/7 on-call activations and incident escalations.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and coordinate resolution of incidents.
• Document incidents, actions, and service outcomes for stakeholders.
• Support migration and service-improvement initiatives.
