Vector Synergy is looking for an AV/VTC Technician in Brussels, Belgium. The ideal candidate will manage AV/VTC room systems and ensure their functionality in collaboration spaces. Responsibilities include providing support to end users, performing troubleshooting, and maintaining logs.

The position requires 3-5 years of relevant experience and knowledge of AV equipment including HP, Poly, and Cisco. Strong IP networking fundamentals are also necessary, along with familiarity with various audio-visual systems.

Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience and strong knowledge of managing AV/VTC room systems including VTC codec (HP/Poly, Cisco), camera’s (HP/Poly, Panasonic), projectors (Epson), monitors (NEC), control processors (Crestron, Extron), microphone systems (Televic), video matrixes (Extron), Video Wall TV Systems and other peripherals;
• Proven experience as AV&VTC technician, particularly with HP/Poly/CISCO and PEXIP Videoconferencing;
• Familiarity with IP networking fundamentals related to AV equipment.

Duties / Role

• Providing first level of support to end users for daily business;
• Ensuring audio-visual and video teleconferencing systems (single, dual, and multidomain) in meeting and collaboration rooms, as well as auditoria, are functional and fully operational;
• Performing first-line troubleshooting, conducting daily preventive readiness checks of AV/VTC systems, escalating issues as required, and maintaining incident records and operational logs.
