ENTICO ICT in Brussels is seeking an application support engineer to join the IT-TI Data & App Support team. You will deploy and support in-house applications in acceptance and production, and manage core shared apps and middleware, including SQL Server, MongoDB, and RabbitMQ, on Windows and Linux platforms.

The role includes DRP/BCP validation and execution, 24/7 standby duty every 6 weeks, and close collaboration with IT clients.

Qualifications

• Recent experience in supporting applications on Linux RedHat environments.
• Strong Windows Server administration (2012-2022) with IIS deployment experience.
• Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Knowledge of MS-SQL, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, Redis/Neo4j is a plus.
• Understanding of firewalls and network load balancing concepts.
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsabilités

• Deploy and update in-house applications in acceptance and production (Windows IIS & SQL).
• Assist on application server architecture for new deployments; analyze requirements and set up deployments.
• Contribute to DRP/BCP documents and participate in their execution.
• Interface with IT clients and provide second/third-line support.
• Configure F5 VIPs for web applications; support core applications (RabbitMQ, Redis).
• Maintain up-to-date operating and installation documentation.
• Be part of the standby duty (24/7, 1 in 6 weeks).
