Editx in Belgium is seeking a Support Engineer to develop technical expertise and deliver outstanding customer support for cutting-edge connectivity solutions.

You will handle 1st/2nd line support via phone and ticketing, configure network devices before deployments, monitor network infrastructure, manage hardware inventory, assist on-site installations, and participate in an on-call rotation to ensure high service availability.

Qualifications

• Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support via phone and ticketing system.
• Configure and prepare network devices before customer deployments.
• Monitor network infrastructure and proactively identify issues.
• Manage hardware inventory and ensure equipment readiness.
• Support on-site installations for customer deployments when required.
• Participate in an on-call rotation to maintain high service availability.
