Keytrade Bank SA seeks an experienced UX Copywriter to turn complex financial logic into clear UI copy across our mobile app, web platforms, and AI Assistant. You will shape UX writing standards and collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure a consistent tone and high usability across Dutch, French and English.

You will contribute early in the design process, advocate user-centered content, and align with legal/regulatory requirements while partnering with Marketing and Product teams to maintain

Qualifications

• Proven UX writing for mobile/web products.
• Translate complex financial concepts into clear UI copy.
• Autonomous work style and best practices in UX writing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, researchers, legal).

Responsabilités

• Write and refine product language guiding onboarding, investing, trading.
• Own micro-copy for onboarding, empty states, errors, and tooltips across apps in Dutch, French, and English.
