Job summary

Ariad Group is seeking a senior UX writer to shape Dutch and English content across websites, portals and AI-enabled channels. You will craft concise UI copy, address errors and empty states, and ensure accessibility and inclusive language throughout complex user journeys.

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in UX writing, content design or related discipline.
• Excellent Dutch and English writing, editing and proofreading for complex digital products and journeys.
• Strong understanding of UX, information architecture and user-centered design, including accessibility and inclusive communication.
• Experience in multidisciplinary design or product teams and content governance or design systems.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine Dutch and English UX content for websites, portals, self-service journeys and AI-powered experiences.
• Write concise UI copy for forms, errors, empty states and complex scenarios using plain language and accessibility principles.
• Audit existing content and improve it using analytics and usability testing.
• Develop and maintain guidelines, terminology, standards and reusable content patterns across channels.
• Lead stakeholder intake and translate complex requirements into clear content in collaboration with a French UX Copywriter and multidisciplinary teams.
