Ariad, a Belgian digital consultancy, is looking for a hands-on UX Writer to sharpen copy across their client's digital products. You’ll focus on microcopy, CTAs, forms and onboarding journeys, ensuring clarity and a user-centered approach.
You’ll collaborate with designers, product owners and developers, challenge requirements when necessary, and bring an AI-aware perspective to evolving digital experiences. Fluency in Dutch and English is required.
At Ariad, UX & design is what we do. We’re a Belgian digital consultancy connecting passionate designers, writers and digital experts with some of the most ambitious digital teams in the country. We don’t just place profiles: we build long-term relationships with our consultants and clients.
For one of our clients, a major Belgian player in the energy sector, we’re looking for a hands‑on UX Writer to sharpen the copy across their digital products.
This is a role for someone who loves the details. You’ll focus on the words users read every day: buttons, CTAs, error messages, forms, onboarding flows and complete user journeys. You’ll dive into an existing product, identify what can be clearer, simpler and more helpful, and turn it into concrete, well‑argued improvements.
The core of this role is strong, practical, everyday UX copy that makes a real difference for users. But our client is also looking ahead: as AI and conversational experiences become part of their digital ecosystem, they want a UX Writer who is genuinely curious about AI and Conversational AI & Digital content copywriting design.
As part of the process, you’ll be asked to complete a practical assignment. It’s an important step: our client wants to see how you analyse a screen, how you reason, and how you translate that into clear, practical copy recommendations. Take it as your chance to show how you think.
Even if you don’t tick every box, let’s talk: we care about mindset and craft as much as about a checklist.
