Ariad Group is seeking a Medior UX Designer to join our digital team in Europe, focusing on AI-powered experiences and chatbots. You’ll design and improve customer journeys across residential, professional, and B2B segments, collaborating with UX/UI designers, researchers, product owners, and developers.

Using Design Thinking, you’ll frame challenges, run research, and create flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma. Fluent English is required, with Dutch or French as a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in UX design within a corporate environment.
• Strong experience with Design Thinking and user-centered methodologies.
• Prototyping (High fi) and wireframes in Figma; strong user flow design.

Responsabilités

• Frame design challenges, define objectives, and select the right approach (traditional, AI-assisted, or hybrid).
• Conduct user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys, analytics) and translate insights into actionable improvements
• Audit existing journeys and interfaces to identify pain points and opportunities
• Facilitate ideation workshops and design sprints with cross-functional teams
• Create high-quality deliverables: user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
• Design conversational flows and AI-assisted interactions
• Prepare and run user testing to validate solutions before development
• Apply a continuous improvement mindset using data and feedback
• Promote Design Thinking and UX best practices across teams

About the Role

We are looking for a Medior UX Designer (5+ years experience in a corporate environment) with a strong focus on AI-powered experiences (chatbots).

You will join a digital team within a Customer Focus environment, working on web and app platforms to design and improve customer journeys across residential, professional, and B2B segments.

Using a Design Thinking approach, you’ll collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, researchers, product owners, and developers to create intuitive, human-centered experiences.

A key part of your role is designing interfaces where conversational AI, autonomous agents, and predictive systems feel natural, transparent, and trustworthy.

What You Will Be Doing

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years of experience in UX design within a corporate environment
• Strong experience with Design Thinking and user-centered methodologies
• Expertise in wireframing, prototyping (High fi), and user flow design (Figma)
• Experience with user research and usability testing
• Knowledge of conversational design, AI-assisted UX, and adaptive interfaces
• Strong visual storytelling and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex challenges
• Proactive, autonomous, and collaborative way of working
• Experience working in agile environments
• Fluent in English (Dutch or French speaker)
