Qualifications

• Minimum education of MBO-level or equivalent, preferably in logistics.
• Relevant experience in a customer service environment.
• Good command of English, with additional languages preferred.
• Self-starter with excellent organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for customer order acceptance and administrative handling.
• Act as liaison to a dedicated client base.
• Meet and exceed service expectations set by the customer.
• Work closely with operational and sales teams.
• Build rapport with customers and maintain strong relationships.
• Ensure all customer agreements are recorded.
• Notify Transport Planners of the orders and their priority.
• Proactively resolve problems affecting customer satisfaction.
