Job summary

CLdN CARGO is seeking motivated colleagues to join the Customer Service team in Zeebrugge to process and follow up trucking orders. The role involves creating transport orders, tracking transit times, costs and deadlines, and ensuring smooth cargo planning.

You should be fluent in English and Dutch, have transport/logistics experience, and be flexible to work shifts between 07:30 and 18:00 from Monday to Friday. The position offers a salary and benefits package, with some home-work options.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• First experience in customs is a plus.
• First experience in the logistic / transport sector.
• Good knowledge of the Office packages.
• Customer oriented and stress resistant.
• You are a real team player with a strong emphasis on accuracy, reliability and flexibility.
• You can think and act in a solution-oriented way.
• Flexible and ready to work in shifts between 07:30 and 18:00 (Monday to Friday).
• You meet the requirements to obtain a legally mandatory positive security clearance for critical functions in the port.

Responsibilities

• Creation of the transport orders: make sure transit time and the delivery dates are met;
• Follow up of orders, costs, deadlines and keep clients updated on a constant basis;
• Ensure a smooth planification of the cargo;
• Propose solutions and react proactively;
• Handle for problems that may occur.
