SEIDOR is inviting a seasoned Project Manager to lead training initiatives, including remote offices and e-learning components. You will plan, execute, and monitor training plans, integrating GenAI tools to enhance learning experiences across HQ and delegations.

The role requires strong project management skills, PMI/PRINCE2/PM² certification, and experience with data repositories and reporting tools to support efficient delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in project management
• Experience designing and delivering training initiatives for remote offices
• Experience with GenAI tools in learning and development
• Certification in PMI, PRINCE2, or PM²
• Proficient in reporting tools like Qlik Sense or Tableau

Responsabilités

• Manage training projects including planning and budgeting
• Estimate timing, cost and resources for future projects
• Prepare and monitor training project plans and reports
• Maintain a central repository and ensure up-to-date documentation
• Track deviations and propose viable alternatives to management
• Integrate GenAI tools into learning and development projects
