Projective Group is seeking a Project Manager AI to guide Generative AI initiatives in financial institutions. You will manage AI project delivery, roadmaps, budgets, and stakeholder alignment while driving measurable impact across KYC, OKR performance management, and payment processes. Hybrid work options available.

The role requires 5+ years in project delivery and hands-on experience with AI/ML/data projects, with strong governance and regulatory awareness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in project delivery.
• Experience with AI, ML, data or analytics projects.
• Delivery methodology expertise, including waterfall and agile/scrum.
• Ability to translate between business and technical teams.
• Fluency in Dutch & English; French is a plus.

Are you someone who likes to guide projects from idea to real impact? At Projective Group, we’re looking for a Project Manager AI who wants to help implement Generative AI in financial institutions. If you can drive AI projects, manage risks, align stakeholders, and deliver measurable results, we’d love to meet you.

You’ll contribute to impactful projects for top-tier financial institutions, including initiatives such as AI‑powered KYC solutions, multi‑agent OKR performance management, and payment process improvement projects, supported by AI‑based transformation office toolkits. In addition, you’ll have the opportunity to work on internal AI projects within our AI Lab, such as an employee servicing chatbot, proposal assistant, and staffing assistant, allowing you to apply and further deepen your hands‑on experience in implementing and scaling GenAI solutions.

What will you do?

• Experience with AI, ML, data or analytics projects
• Delivery methodology expertise, including waterfall and agile/scrum background
• Ability to translate between business and technical teams
• Skilled in roadmap, backlog, and budget management
• Fluent in Dutch & English (French is a plus)
• Experience with GenAI or cloud platforms is beneficial
• Knowledge of AI governance or regulatory environments is a plus
