SEIDOR in Brussels is seeking an experienced Project Manager focused on learning and development, with emphasis on GenAI integration. You will lead learning initiatives across headquarters and remote offices, shaping engaging training content.

The role requires strong planning, risk management, and the ability to adapt to evolving AI strategies while coordinating with a multicultural team and stakeholders across locations.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of professional experience in project management.
• At least 3 years of proven project management experience.
• Experience designing and delivering training initiatives.
• Experience delivering training to remote offices or dispersed participants.
• Strong experience with online learning and e-learning components.
• Knowledge of GenAI tools and technologies in learning and development.
• Ability to estimate timelines, costs and resources.
• Able to manage risks and dependencies with mitigation plans.
• Excellent self-management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines in multicultural environments.

Responsabilités

• Manage learning and development projects from preparation through reporting.
• Coordinate training initiatives for deploying new corporate tools, including Summa.
• Support AI literacy and AI training programmes aligned with AI Strategy.
• Plan and deliver training activities for headquarters and remote offices.
• Prepare detailed project plans with timelines, milestones, costs, resources.
• Estimate time, budget, and resources for future projects.
• Draft terms of reference and training plans for new tools.
• Monitor implementation and maintain records of progress, risks, deliverables.
• Provide timely project status reports to management.
• Identify deviations in timelines, costs, scope or resources and propose mitigation.
• Maintain project documentation repository using Hive or equivalents.
• Ensure documentation accessible to authorised stakeholders.
• Integrate GenAI tools into learning and development projects.
• Use AI-assisted solutions for training content creation and evaluation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders in multicultural environment.
• Present and promote projects to management and teams.
