SEIDOR is seeking a Project Manager Consultant to join our team in Brussels for an on-site position, working with European Institutions. You will lead training projects, estimate timelines and resources, and monitor execution with reports to management.

The role requires 7–10 years of experience (3+ in PM), expertise in remote/e-learning design, and proficiency with MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and PMI/PRINCE2/PM² certifications. GenAI tools experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of professional experience with at least 3 years in project management.
• Experience in designing and delivering training initiatives including remote/e-learning.
• Knowledge of GenAI tools and related technologies in learning and development.
• Strong proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow).
• PMI, PRINCE2, or PM² certifications preferred.
• Experience with reporting tools like Qlik Sense or Tableau.

Responsabilités

• Management of training projects and timing, cost, and resources estimation.
• Plan and prepare training project plans and monitor execution with timely management reports.
• Maintain a central repository of documentation accessible to the team.
• Track deviations in time, cost, or resources and propose alternatives.
• Integrate GenAI tools into learning and development projects, including online learning.
