SEIDOR in Brussels seeks a Project Manager (Learning, AI & Digital Transformation) to lead training initiatives across HQ and Delegations, aligning learning outcomes with business goals and cutting-edge AI tools.

You will coordinate stakeholders, estimate timelines and budgets, and ensure delivery of online and in-person programs while fostering a multicultural, high-quality delivery culture.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in project management.
• 3+ years of end-to-end training project management, ideally AI-related.
• Experience designing training initiatives for remote offices with online/e-learning components.
• Knowledge of GenAI tools for learning and development, including content creation and evaluation.

Responsabilités

• Manage training projects, including immediate training needs for EEAS personnel in HQ and Delegations.
• Estimate timing, cost and resources for future projects and deployment of AI tools.
• Plan and monitor training project plans, with timely reporting to management.
• Maintain a centralized repository of documents accessible to the team.
• Track deviations in time, cost or resources and propose viable alternatives to management.
• Integrate GenAI tools and related technologies in learning and development, including online learning.
