Job summary

Medline Europe in Brussels is seeking a Tender Agent to support the end-to-end tender management process. You will prepare, coordinate, and deliver high-quality tender submissions to meet strict timelines.

The role requires 1–2 years of tender or contract management experience, strong administration and communication skills, and proficiency in English and Dutch. You will collaborate with logistics, sales, and marketing in a hybrid work environment. Good MS Office and CRM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in contract and/or tender management.
• Background or strong interest in administration, legal topics, or customer service.
• Solid oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities effectively.
• Calm and professional approach when interacting with customers.
• Confidence in communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency in English and Dutch.
• Strong organizational skills, methodical and structured working.
• Good command of MS Office.
• Ability to work both in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Support the end-to-end tender management process.
• Prepare, coordinate, and deliver high-quality tender submissions within required timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, sales, and marketing.
• Review and finalize proposals and tender documents.
• Research and data collection for tender preparation.
• Handle sample order placements for tender submissions.
