Our client is a leading European group specialised in professional training and skills development. They are seeking a Freelance Tender/Bid Manager to identify opportunities, analyse documentation and lead end-to-end bid processes for European and institutional tenders.

You will coordinate internal and external experts, develop clear bid strategies and ensure timely, compliant submissions, delivering high-quality technical and commercial proposals.

Qualifications

• Experience in European and institutional tender opportunities.
• Ability to analyse tender documentation, requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Proven track record leading end-to-end tender processes.
• Strong coordination with internal teams and external experts.

Responsabilités

• Identify and assess relevant European and institutional tender opportunities.
• Analyse tender documentation, requirements, evaluation criteria and submission procedures.
• Lead the end-to-end tender process, from opportunity identification through submission.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and external experts involved in bid preparation.
• Structure and coordinate high-quality technical and commercial proposals.
• Ensure compliance with administrative, procedural and technical tender requirements.
• Develop clear bid strategies and coordinate the production of supporting documentation.
• Manage timelines, deadlines and deliverables to ensure accurate and on-time submissions.
