Job summary

ADE in Belgium is hiring a Tender Assistant to join their Support Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative preparations of tenders for various contracts, ensuring quality and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in relevant fields, coupled with at least one year of experience. Strong communication skills in English and French are essential. ADE offers a hybrid work environment and an attractive salary package.

Qualifications

• EU nationality or valid work permit required.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience or internships in relevant fields.
• Good working level of French (B2) is required.
• Knowledge of EU institutions is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Drive the administrative preparation of tenders.
• Ensure quality by reviewing documents.
• Manage contact with clients, experts, and partners.
• Monitor and follow-up of tenders.
• Screen and follow up online market opportunities.

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1)

Proactive, rigorous and detail oriented

Good stress-resistance

Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills

Familiarity with AI tools and prompting

Team worker with strong interpersonal skills

Education

Master’s degree in economics, political science or related studies
