Odoo is seeking a proactive Technical Support Engineer to join the Technical Support Team in Belgium. You will solve complex issues for customers and partners using our ticketing system and in-house tools, acting as the last line of defense between clients and chaos.

Email communication is primary; direct calls occur occasionally with coaching provided. You will work across modules of Odoo with developers and functional support teams, gaining exposure to multiple versions of our software.

Qualifications

• Expert in at least one programming language.
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming and relational databases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Diplomacy and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify problems, analyze them, make them disappear.
• If you can’t solve it, dispatch to the correct team.
• Provide quick and accurate feedback to customers.
• Develop or improve internal tools to make the job easier.
