Idealis Consulting is seeking an Odoo Technical Architect to elevate the quality of technical analyses and drive the Odoo team’s growth. You will tackle complex challenges and act as the technical authority for projects with ~20 developers.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in Odoo, strong testing skills, and fluency in French and English, with Dutch being a plus. A CDI with fringe benefits awaits in Belgium.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering.
• At least 7 years of proven experience with Odoo.
• Ability to test and challenge existing solutions.
• Strong focus on quality, adaptability, and self-learning.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Quality Optimization: Enhance rigor of technical analyses and solutions.
• Talent Development: Upskill and coach the Odoo development team.
• Technical Expertise & Validation: design complex solutions and test analyses.
• Cross-project Technical Lead: primary technical reference for ~20 devs.
