Odoo is hiring a Customer Support Analyst to assist customers and partners with the Odoo Business Apps, solving functional issues and providing high-quality service. You will work closely with internal teams to understand problems and escalate as needed to Developers or Specialists.

In this role you will engage with end-users via tickets, live chat and phone, ensuring satisfaction and a positive customer experience while contributing to product improvements and documentation.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Italian.
• IT & business affinity.

• Valid work permit for Belgium.

Responsabilités

• Help customers with their use of Odoo Business Apps.
• Solve functional problems by investigating.
• Engage with our visitors and leads (Livechat).
• Ensure customers' satisfaction.
• Improve customers' experience.
• Contribute to the improvement of our product & all documentation.
• Side projects (recruit and onboard new colleagues, give training, ...)
