A tech company in Louvain-la-Neuve is seeking an experienced Odoo Technical Architect to enhance the quality of analyses and solutions for clients. The role involves working with a team of 20 developers, establishing technical architecture for key projects, conducting quality audits, and providing coaching. Candidates should have at least 7 years of experience with Odoo, a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree, and be fluent in English and French. As an Odoo Technical Architect, your main mission is to boost the quality of our analysis and technical solutions provided to customers and to develop the skills of the Developers of the Odoo team. You also work on complex technical solutions and test and challenge functional analyses.

You will be the point of reference for projects requiring the technical expertise of around 20 developers.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

• Work on projects as Senior Developer for complex projects, maintain in this way a high level of Odoo and our services/products
• Collaborate with Developers during critical phases of their projects, with the aim of increasing their skills and avoiding errors
• Establish the technical architecture of key projects of the Odoo team
• Ensure the quality of developments, carry out "quality audits" at the level of the technical solutions offered to customers in order to continuously train the Developers and redirect their projects if necessary
• Share knowledge and feed the Idealis Academy
• Coach juniors and those who lack experience in a field

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor/Master in a field related to the position (Computer Sciences, IT, Engineering, ...)
• At least 7 years of experience with Odoo
• Ability to test and challenge existing solutions
• Self-development

• Fluent in English and French (Dutch is a plus)
