Avantor is seeking a Technical Service & Logistics Coordinator to align service activities, equipment, and spare parts with customers and engineers. You will collaborate across departments, oversee transportation and warehousing, and ensure accurate documentation and continuous process improvements.

Fluent in Dutch and French with good English, you will work in a dynamic, service-oriented environment and support international colleagues while maintaining a strong focus on quality and customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Experience in administrative, logistics or technical coordination roles is preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate service activities between customers, engineers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Manage equipment, spare parts and logistics processes to ensure timely service delivery.
• Process orders, transport documentation and service reports; monitor KPIs and drive improvements.
