Advanced Vision Technology, Inc. is seeking a Service Operations Coordinator to join our EMEA Service team. You will coordinate between customers, Field Service Engineers, Sales and headquarters to ensure service activities are planned, followed up, and completed.

Responsibilities include scheduling visits, managing service calls, and liaising across teams to deliver timely service. Fluency in English, Dutch and French is required, with strong organizational and communication skills to excel in

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and confirm on-site service visits with customers and Field Service Engineers.
• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance visits for service contracts.
• Manage the EMEA service inbox, respond to customer requests and open service calls in relevant systems.
• Follow up on spare parts and service processes, including shipments, invoicing and delivery tracking.
• Support the Field Operations Manager with ongoing operational and administrative activities.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and provide follow-up throughout the service process.
• Work closely with Field Service Engineers, Sales and other internal teams to ensure needs are met on time.
• Support regional service projects and additional operational activities when needed.

We are looking for a Service Operations Coordinator to join our EMEA Service team and support our day-to-day service operations.
You will be a key point of coordination between our customers, Field Service Engineers, Sales team and headquarters, making sure service activities are properly planned, followed up and completed.

Responsibilities

In your role at AVT, you will:

• Coordinate and confirm on-site service visits with customers and Field Service Engineers.
• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance visits for customers under service contracts.
• Manage the EMEA service inbox, respond to customer requests and open service calls in the relevant systems.
• Follow up on spare parts and service processes, including shipments, invoicing and delivery tracking.
• Support the Field Operations Manager with ongoing operational and administrative activities.
• Maintain clear communication with customers and provide follow-up throughout the service process.
• Work closely with Field Service Engineers, Sales and other internal teams to ensure customer needs are handled effectively and on time.
• Support regional service projects and additional operational activities when needed.

Qualifications

Your Education and/or Background Experience will have:

• Fluent English, Dutch and French, both written and spoken – A Must.
• Previous experience in customer service, service coordination, operations or a similar role is an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage several priorities at the same time.
• Strong customer and service orientation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and move tasks forward.
• Additional European languages are an advantage.
