VetPharm Global is seeking a Customer Service & Operations Coordinator to connect customers, suppliers, sales, warehouse and transport, ensuring smooth order to delivery processes.

You will combine customer service, logistics coordination and operational monitoring, maintaining a big-picture view and taking initiative to ensure correct and timely service. Fluency in Dutch and English is expected, with additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• You are organized and can manage multiple files with a clear overview.
• You communicate professionally and focus on customer satisfaction.
• You can set priorities and work accurately under minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the point of contact for customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Process orders and track them from request to delivery.
• Answer inquiries by phone and email in a timely manner.
• Monitor stock levels and flag potential shortages early.
• Support purchasing and supply processes.
• Coordinate transports and handle export files.
