Vector Synergy is seeking a Technical Assistant (NaaS) in Belgium to support planning, coordination and monitoring of technical projects. The role requires coordinating activities across technical teams, management and stakeholders to ensure milestones and deadlines are tracked and reported.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s degree in a relevant field and at least five years of project coordination experience, with a proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a complex environment.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or another relevant field.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Support Officer, PMO Officer, Project Assistant, or in a similar role supporting the coordination and delivery of projects.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously within a complex organizational environment.

Responsabilités

• Supporting the planning, coordination and monitoring of technical projects and activities, ensuring that milestones, deliverables and deadlines are appropriately tracked.
• Coordinating project-related activities across technical teams, management and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, alignment and timely follow-up.
• Developing and maintaining project documentation, including project plans, schedules, action trackers, risk and issue registers, status reports and meeting minutes.
