Vector Synergy in Mons, Belgium is seeking a CSAC Engineer to join our security operations team.

Responsibilities include operating and supporting the application, deploying updates, and managing data and reporting with Power BI dashboards.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree or higher, 3 years cyber security experience, strong Linux skills, and knowledge of ITIL and NATO CIS procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 3 years post-related experience; or, exceptional alternative with 5+ years of relevant duties.
• At least 3 years practical experience in cyber security or related field.
• Strong experience with Linux/Enterprise Linux environments and managing production servers, services, and logs.
• Knowledge of System Analysis principles and distributed Information Systems.
• Knowledge of ITIL, Project Management, NATO procedures and CIS policies.
• Post Graduate diploma in an IS engineering related subject.

Responsabilités

• Operating and supporting the application on a day-to-day basis, including admin, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and user support.
• Maintaining and deploying the application, including updates, patches, installations, configuration changes, and uninstallations when required.
• Managing data and reporting, including data loading/transfers, validation, and Power BI dashboard maintenance.

CSAC Engineer

• A minimum requirement of a Bachelor's degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline and 3 years post-related experience; Or exceptionally, the lack of a university degree may be compensated by the demonstration of a candidate's particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest to NCIA, that is, at least 5 years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to those in this Statement of Work ;
• At least 3 years practical experience in cyber security or a related field, such as developing and maintaining cyber security services, service initialization and maintenance in the area of cyber security, or complex and demanding technical environments ;
• Strong experience working with Linux and Enterprise Linux environments, with hands-on skills managing production servers, services, processes, networking, storage, permissions, and system logs.
  
• Knowledge of System Analysis principles and Information Systems development, with sufficient technical understanding of distributed Information Systems, Command and Control Information Systems, and wide and local area networks to effectively coordinate with technical SMEs and project stakeholders ;
• Knowledge of ITIL, Project Management, IKM, IS engineering, NATO resource management procedures, knowledge of policy, procedures, and organization of NATO CIS ;
• Post Graduate diploma in an IS engineering related subject.
