VECTOR SYNERGY sp. z o.o. in Belgium seeks an experienced Project Manager for acquisition and development programs within a large organization.

You will lead cross-functional teams and manage cost and labour in an international environment, leveraging PM tools and ServiceNow for automation and collaboration. The role requires knowledge of NATO or governmental procurement policies and a NATO Secret clearance, with a view toward delivering complex C4ISR-related initiatives in a structured,

Qualifications

• Recent experience (at least 3 years) in Project management of acquisition and / or development projects for a large organization.
• Strong experience in Project Management tools, managing cost and labour.
• Relevant experience in leading a cross functional team, preferably in international environment.

Responsabilités

• Selecting appropriately from, and assessing the impact of change to applicable standards, methods, tools, applications and processes relevant to own specialism.
• Maximising the capabilities of applications for their role and evaluating and supporting the use of new technologies and digital tools.
• Contributing specialist expertise to requirements definition in support of proposals.
