VECTOR SYNERGY sp. z o.o. in Belgium is seeking a senior project manager to lead NSIP projects focused on cyber security procurement, in an international environment that blends military and civilian elements.

The role requires formal PM qualifications (PRINCE2, PMP, etc.), cybersecurity and IT certifications, and proven experience managing complex, resource-driven initiatives. You will define scope, allocate resources, track milestones, and ensure successful delivery in line with procurement

Qualifications

• A recognised formal Project Management qualification, such as PRINCE2 Foundation, PMP, US DAWIA Program Management Level II, Managing Successful Programmes, Risk Management Professional, Lean Six-Sigma, etc.
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications, such as CompTIA Security+, CCSP, CISM, or CISSP.
• Relevant IT certifications such as ITIL 4, Agile PM, AWS Cloud Practitioner, CSM, etc.

Responsabilités

• Managing NSIP projects and, in particular, implementing major procurement projects in the area of Cyber Security.
• Identifying, planning, requesting, and managing the deployment of resources to meet project milestones and initiating corrective actions when necessary.
• Defining, executing, and ensuring the satisfactory completion of projects, including preparing and submitting project proposals and contributing to source selections according to the defined procurement strategy.
