Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent through experience.
Leadership Experience: Experience in leading teams (> 3 years).

Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of geotechnical laboratory testing. Knowledge of technical standards (ISO 17892, BS1377) is essential, and experience with quality processes like ISO 17025 is a strong asset.

Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, an organized and proactive mindset, and competence with standard office tools like Excel and email.
