K-Recruiting GmbH in Belgium seeks a Talent Liaison Manager / HR Business Partner to advise leaders on HR strategy, manage complex employee relations, and support organizational change. The role emphasizes Belgian employment law, compensation eligibility, and employee exits, with a focus on evidence-based decisions and stakeholder influence.

The position requires fluency in French and English with basic Dutch, and a capacity to work independently in a multinational setting.

• 8–10 years of professional HR experience (6–7 years for strong candidates).
• Strong knowledge of Belgian employment law and employee relations.
• Proven experience handling complex HR cases and difficult employee conversations.

TALENT LIAISON MANAGER / HR BUSINESS PARTNER (M/F/D)

Tasks

• Act as a trusted HR advisor to Talent Partners, business leaders and managers

• Manage complex employee relations and performance management cases.

• Prepare business cases, exit calculations and support employee exit discussions

• Advise on Belgian employment law, compensation and bonus eligibility.

• Challenge business decisions where documentation or justification is insufficient

• Support organizational changes and restructuring initiatives

• Contribute to HR process improvements, AI adoption and digital transformation

Qualification

• 8–10 years of professional HR experience (6–7 years considered for strong candidates)

• Strong knowledge of Belgian employment law and employee relations.

• Proven experience handling complex HR cases and difficult employee conversations

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills

• Ability to work independently with limited onboarding support

• High adaptability, resilience and a solution-oriented mindset

• Fluent French and English, with basic Dutch language skills

• Experience in multinational organizations, pharmaceuticals or working with unions is an advantage
