K-Recruiting GmbH in Belgium seeks a Talent Liaison Manager / HR Business Partner to advise leaders on HR strategy, manage complex employee relations, and support organizational change. The role emphasizes Belgian employment law, compensation eligibility, and employee exits, with a focus on evidence-based decisions and stakeholder influence.

The position requires fluency in French and English with basic Dutch, and a capacity to work independently in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

8–10 years of professional HR experience (6–7 years for strong candidates).
Strong knowledge of Belgian employment law and employee relations.
Proven experience handling complex HR cases and difficult employee conversations.

Responsabilités

Act as a trusted HR advisor to Talent Partners, business leaders and managers.
Manage complex employee relations and performance management cases.
Prepare business cases, exit calculations and support employee exit discussions.
Advise on Belgian employment law, compensation and bonus eligibility.
Challenge business decisions where documentation or justification is insufficient.
Support organizational changes and restructuring initiatives.
Contribute to HR process improvements, AI adoption and digital transformation.
