Job summary

Reply is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to support The Netherlands, Brussels and Luxembourg. You will recruit professionals in Finance, IT and Digital Services, work with Hiring Managers to understand needs, and guide candidates through the interview process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, HRM, Economics or related field.
• At least two years of Recruitment or Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience in headhunting or candidate sourcing.
• Familiar with MS Office, Trello, and common tools.
• Results-driven with focus on high-quality recruitment outcomes.
• Excellent English and Dutch communication skills.

• Recruit candidates in Finance, IT and Digital Services
• Work with internal stakeholders and Hiring Managers to understand their recruitment needs and identify suitable candidates
• Advise Hiring Managers on the candidate market in the BENELUX region and propose and implement sourcing solutions to attract the right candidates
• Conduct in-person or virtual interviews and guide candidates throughout the recruitment process

Qualifications
