Recruitment Solutions SRL is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Belgium to manage end-to-end recruitment for our client, build a strong candidate network, and collaborate with the SalesTeam. You will conduct interviews, assess technical fit, and ensure smooth client follow-up and database maintenance.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and HR experience, with Dutch and French language skills (English a plus).

Your tasks:

• You arein charge of managing the recruitment process for the company
• You developa pool of candidates for future needs and built a network
• You collaborate with Sales Team
• You holdinterviews and challenge candidates technically
• You analyze the needs within your market and clients
• You oversee the follow up of your clients and projects
• Reporting and sourcing
• Maintaining the database

Your profile:

• You hold at least a Bachelor Degree
• A previous experience in HR is required
• Knowledge in Finance is an asset
• You speak Dutch and French,English is a plus
• You are well-organized, flexible and passionate
• You possess excellent communication skills and you are a good listener
• You are result oriented as well as client oriented
• You are a team player and display initiative
