Job summary

Reply is seeking a technically skilled professional to assist across all stages of Business Elements projects, focusing on CRM solutions and architectural support. You will research complex issues and design robust technical solutions while ensuring high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist across all phases of Business Elements projects (Plan, Analyze, Design, Build, Test).
• Design and implement CRM solutions with strong technical foundations.
• Research non-standard customer issues and propose effective solutions.
• Support conceptual architecture and technical solution design.
• Ensure project quality via metrics and testing plans.
• Identify process gaps and drive cross-functional improvement actions.
• Take part in extensive training, certification programs and career growth.

• Assist across all phases of Business Elements projects (e.g. Plan, Analyze, Design, Build, and Test)
• Demonstrate technical knowledge to design and implement CRM solutions
• Research customer issues that may be non-standard to offer solutions
• Support design of conceptual architecture and technical solutions
• Ensure project quality meets standards through critical metric identification and testing plan
• Identify process gaps and work cross-functionally to formulate improvement plans

Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent education
• Microsoft Dynamic365 CRM and Power BI development experience are a plus
• You are passionate about working with a global technology leader to solve business-critical problems for some of the top companies in the world
• Fast learner, self-starter, and a creative problem solver
• Passionate about software and its potential to move organizations forward through innovation
• Fluent in English as well as either Dutch and/or French
