Wibit Consulting & Services (WibitCS) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist focused on civil and construction to drive the full recruitment lifecycle and enhance candidate experience. You will partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to deliver high-quality hires in a dynamic sector.

The role emphasizes end-to-end recruitment, collaboration with MSPs, and strategic candidate sourcing to maintain a robust inflow of top talent for the construction and civil projects.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in any discipline (HR-focused preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in recruitment and selection.
• 3+ years recruiting in engineering environments (construction/civil).
• 3+ years recruiting in public procurement context.
• Excellent command of Dutch, both spoken and written.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for payroll employees from intake to contract proposal.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, assess cultural fit.
• Collaborate with MSPs for external recruitment and track submissions.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies.
• Optimize inflow channels to ensure a steady stream of qualified applicants.
• Write compelling job descriptions aligned with employer branding.
• Lead employer branding projects and internal mobility initiatives.

Talent Acquisition Specialist – Civil, Construction

We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive the full recruitment lifecycle and enhance candidate experience within the civil and construction sector! You'll work closely with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to deliver high-quality hires.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for payroll employees, from intake to contract proposal
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews and assess cultural fit with Lantis
• Collaborate with Managed Service Providers for external employee recruitment and follow up on submissions
• Work with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to develop and execute recruitment strategies, generating sufficient candidate inflow
• Optimize and manage various inflow channels to ensure a steady stream of qualified applicants
• Write compelling job descriptions that align with the employer brand and engage candidates
• Lead employer branding projects and internal mobility initiatives in line with the HR strategy

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in any discipline (additional Master's in Human Resources Management preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in recruitment and selection
• 3+ years of experience recruiting for an employer in an engineering environment (construction or civil/infrastructure sector)
• 3+ years of experience in recruitment within the public procurement administrative context
• Excellent spoken and written command of Dutch

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-based recruitment tools or agents
• Proven track record in employer branding and internal mobility initiatives
• Ability to promote Total Talent Management strategy internally and externally
