Jan De Nul Group in Aalst, Belgium is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment for our business units. You will source actively, engage candidates, and build partnerships with HR Business Partners and hiring managers.

Fluent in Dutch and English with a Master's degree, you will represent Jan De Nul at national and international events, strengthen employer branding, and deliver high-quality candidate experiences under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with relevant HR recruitment experience.
• Experience with hard-to-fill technical profiles.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
