Ariad is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for one of its key clients in Belgium. This freelance opportunity offers an initial three-month contract with strong potential for extension.

You will attract, assess and hire talented professionals while collaborating with HR Business Partners, hiring managers and employer branding teams to deliver a high-quality recruitment experience. Work from home up to 3 days per week with a modern office near Brussels-Midi station; ideal for

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience in tech/engineering sectors.
• Experience recruiting technical, engineering, ICT, or specialist profiles.
• Strong expertise in competency-based interviewing and candidate assessment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple recruitment processes.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to a positive team culture.
• Continuous learning mindset and genuine curiosity about people and talent.
• Strong communication skills in French and Dutch.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for external hiring and internal mobility opportunities.
• Act as a trusted recruitment partner for internal stakeholders and understand their hiring needs.
• Conduct intake meetings and translate business requirements into attractive job advertisements.
• Coordinate job posting visibility through recruitment and employer branding channels.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Conduct in-depth telephone and video interviews using competency-based techniques.
• Advise hiring managers and provide recommendations to support hiring decisions.
• Prepare and negotiate employment offers with selected candidates.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, managers, and HR stakeholders.
• Contribute innovative ideas to continuously improve the recruitment process.
