ALTEN Belgium is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern starting in January for a duration of 3 to 6 months. Under the supervision of the Recruitment Manager, you will support the recruitment team in the selection and follow-up of our future consultants and engineers.

You will review CVs, assess candidates, maintain the database, prepare employment contract requests, and participate in team meetings. Fluent in French with good English, you enjoy a fast-paced, people-focused environment and gain

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master's degree in a related field (HR, Business, Management or Work Psychology).
• Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills demonstrated in studies or projects.
• Experience or interest in recruitment processes and candidate management.
• Fluent French and good command of English required for daily collaboration.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, people-focused environment.

To strengthen its recruitment team, ALTEN Belgium is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern, starting in January for a duration of 3 to 6 months.

Your role

• Review and screen CVs received through different recruitment platforms and channels.
• Assess candidates' profiles according to the job requirements and provide feedback on applications.
• Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracking tools.
• Prepare employment contract requests for new hires
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to recruitment activities when needed.

Your profile

• Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Work Psychology, or a related field.
• Fluent in French, and a good command of English.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Enjoying working in a dynamic, fast-paced and people‑focused environment.
